MONA LISA
You should know the benefits of home security. They’re quite apparent. Obviously, you’re not keeping the Mona Lisa at your house. Or if you are, then you should really keep quiet about it. My point is you’re probably not keeping priceless diamonds or the Joe DiMaggio rookie card in your place. You have valuables though. Everyone does. There’s your TV, computer, car, probably some art whether it’s a painting or a little statue, and don’t forget your stereo or video game system (Xbox or Playstation), cutlery, forks, spoons, and, sometimes, even your air conditioners. Hey, air conditioners aren’t cheap! It’d bother you if any of those things were stolen. And that’s not putting a price on anything sentimental to you. That could have been the TV that was showing an old episode of Family Ties when you proposed to your girlfriend. Or maybe the thief will take some photo albums or that painting your mother did before she died and whatnot. The point is you don’t want anyone rifling through your stuff, let alone taking it. You have to take precautions. I hate to say it, but you really can’t trust everyone in your neighborhood nowadays. If you really want to keep something that’s important to you, you have to make sure it’s safe.
